Yes, you can download/export the list of emails you have collected through StickyEmail.
To download your subscriber list go to Email -- Subscribers.
Click on the CSV button listed above your subscriber list.
While you can download the list, we caution against adding them to other systems and sending emails, that users didn't sign up for. This is a violation of CAN-SPAM rules.
