When the album does not allow you to click publish, the most common reason is images that got stuck in the upload process.
To fix the album that will not publish email the album name to support@stickyalbums.com. The team will clear the iamges that were stuck and help you publish the album.
Why this happens?
The classic builder is using legacy technology. This means that it's built using a platform that we are no longer updating. Images can sometimes become stuck while uploading. Even if you have not had issues in the past, sometimes they can become stuck.
Tips to avoid images getting stuck.
Use Sticky with Chrome. Safari sometimes does not play as nicely with our system.
Make sure images are not larger than 500MB
Check image pixel size. Make sure they are not wider than 1000 pixels on the long side.
Do not select the upload high resolution images.
Avoid loading more than 20 images at a time
Wait a few minutes after loading a larger number of images to the gallery, before completing the album build. They are still loading in the background.
Can I avoid this?
Yes. The work around is to use the newer Folios or "sticky" builder. This builder has a different upload function and as such will work much better.
