What plugin should I use for adding codes to wordpress websites?

The plugin we recommend is Header Footer Code Manager. 

To install the plugin login to your site and go to your dashboard.

Select Plugins - and search for Header Footer Code Manager

Install the plugin  (see video below)

Once added you can add Slide Out and Exit Pop-Up forms to your wordpress site.
