Directions for some of the most common DNS providers on how to add an A Record subdomain
Note: some host instructions show IP addresses as examples. DO NOT USE those IP addresses.
If you are unsure about how to update your domain, contact your DNS provider and ask them how to add an A record subdomain or connect with our support team. This list is not every provider, but the most common services used by StickyFolios customers.
Terms:
Host - most commonly is used for the word before you URL so a sub=domain is apps.yoururl.com and the host is Apps.
Points to or IP: 52.41.106.131
TTL: leave this to the system default if they need one use 1800.
Note: If PhotoBiz is your website host, call or send in a ticket to let their support team know what the address needs to be (for example, app.yourwebsite.com) and where it needs to be pointed ( 52.41.106.131 )

Note, you can't change the records if you have changed the Name Servers to another service.

If PhotoBiz is your DNS host, call or send in a ticket to let their support team know what the address needs to be (for example, app.yourwebsite.com) and where it needs to be pointed ( 52.41.106.131 )
HostGator Instructions:
If HostGator is your DNS host, send in a ticket to let their support team to ask them to set up your sub-domain A Record. You will need to let them know what the address needs to be (for example, app.yourwebsite.com) and where it needs to be pointed ( 52.41.106.131 )
Square Space--only if you registered your domain name through Square Space:
Note: for square space these instructions are only for users who purchased their domain through Square Space and not another service, such as GoDaddy.
Wix: If you purchased your domain or have changed your name servers you will need to edit your site with Wix. If you have purchased your domain elsewhere and are using pointing, such as with GoDaddy you would need to edit the records with the service you purchased the domain through.
